Yes. Our pieces are made by artisans in Bali, from younger craftspeople developing their skills to experienced older artisans who have worked by hand for many years.

Because the materials are natural and the work is handmade, small variations between pieces are completely normal and part of their character.

Dust your piece gently using a soft, dry cloth. For light cleaning, use a slightly damp cloth and dry the surface afterwards.

Avoid harsh chemical cleaners and prolonged exposure to excessive moisture or direct sunlight to help preserve the natural appearance of the shells.

Yes, selected products can be customised depending on the design, materials and quantity required. We may be able to adjust details such as size, shape or arrangement.

Yes. We work with artisan partners in Bali and can discuss larger-volume orders for selected products. Production time will depend on the design, quantity and availability of materials.

Yes. Although our online store is primarily designed for retail customers, we can also discuss wholesale or bulk requirements. Please contact us with the products and approximate quantities you are interested in.

Available payment methods are displayed securely during checkout and may include major credit or debit cards and other payment options supported by our store.

Standard orders are typically prepared within 3–5 business days before dispatch. Custom designs and larger-volume orders may require additional preparation time.

Delivery time depends on your destination, shipment weight, carrier and customs processing. As a general guide, international transit may take approximately 7-20 business days after dispatch.

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by your destination country. When applicable, these charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total.

Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be sent to you so you can follow the parcel's journey from Bali.

Because many of our pieces are handmade and some may be produced or prepared specifically for an order, return eligibility depends on the circumstances.
